• Set-up Costs: R4,500,000 - 5,500,000 Excluding VAT. Developed on a Turn-key basis.
• Un-encumbered Cash: 50% Excluding VAT.
• Stock: R200,000 Excluding VAT. (Included in set-up costs).
• Monthly Franchising Fee: 6% of Net Turnover.
• Monthly Marketing Fee: 2% of Net Turnover.
• Site Requirements: ±250m² - 350m² Interior with ±60m² outside seating area. Strategically located with good visibility.
• Initial Joining Fee: R150,000 Excluding VAT. (Included in set-up costs).
