• Set-up Costs: R6,000,000 Excluding VAT. Developed on a Turn-key basis.
• Un-encumbered Cash: R3,000,000 Excluding VAT.
• Stock: R300,000 Excluding VAT. (Included in set-up costs).
• Monthly Franchising Fee: 6% of Net Turnover.
• Monthly Marketing Fee: 3% of Net Turnover.
• Site Requirements: ±380m² - 450m² Interior with ±120m² outside deck. Strategically located in major town or residential shopping strip.
