In 1992 the very first Col’Cacchio Pizzeria was launched in Foreshore, Cape Town, offering delectable gourmet artisanal wood-fired pizzas, sumptuous pastas and gourmet salads. It wasn’t long before the Col’Cacchio magic spread and captured the taste buds of South Africans. Today, 30 years later, the group comprises 25 branches in RSA and Namibia, with further restaurants set to launch in Mauritius.
