The ideal John Dory’s franchisee is hands on, has sound business acumen and is focussed on the customer experience. They are self-motivated and driven to deliver excellent quality, sustainable Seafood, sushi and grill items  to their guests. A passion for food and customer experience is a must. Previous Hospitality experience is advantageous, but not a must as extensive training and support is given to all franchisees.
