Inspiration came from Ernest Hemingway’s love affair with Spanish bars, rendering pressed ceilings, miscellanies of chairs and lampshades, and an eclectic array of Spanish tiles in impressive and interesting interiors.
Though Spain influences La Parada, it never professes to be its core. Rather, the passion, vivacity, strength and action of the Spanish is embodied in a La Parada living, with the focus fixed on quality dining experiences with great cuisine. Whether for drinks, or a family feast, La Parada moves exceptionally, with
passion and flare.
Coupled with years of experience and a proven track record in operational excellence, the La Parada team will support you in becoming a successful franchisee.
Applicant must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience having either owned or managed a restaurant or must have an operating partner with at least 20% equity in the business.
